      Description

      Currently, a property's type is only implicit and can be changed at any time.
      This should be made explicit.

      This should be made explicit, in order to

      • avoid accidentally changing the type
      • to be able to offer suitable input fields in the manager GUI
      • hide sensitive information like passwords
