Parallelize init/update of RepositoryCacheFilesystem

The initialisation an update of the RepositoryCacheFilesystem is quite slow when you have a lot of big applications in your repository.

To improve this functionality, you can parallelize the parsing of the application-zips in the method RepositoryCacheFilesystem.update()
