Add the possibility to skip template rendering in the manager GUI

For debugging reasons, it would be helpful if a GET-parameter could be added to any URL in the manager GUI (e.g. render=false) to show the platform.xml structure.
If this parameter is recognized should be configurable on a a site level.
The old parameter simply named xsl should be removed, since there are templates using other techniques.
Also remove support for showXsl.
