      Description

      • upNGizr update skips WEB-INF/classes for appNGizer 
        2018-04-17 14:19:35,681 INFO  [http-nio-8080-exec-33] o.a.u.c.Updater                 : Skipping WEB-INF/classes/org/appng/appngizer/controller/AppNGizerConfigurer.class
      • does not properly start/stop appNGizer due to wrong context path (must be /appNGizer)
      • onSuccess is not fully suported
      • on Start-Page, Port :80 should be omitted
      • should write META-INF/MANIFEST.MF for appNGizer (used to retrieve version)
      • should allow to use the canonicla host name (FQDN) as serverName
