Site status wrong for deleted sites

      Description

      If a site has been deleted it's still been shown in the cluster status information and with different status.

      On the node of deletion the site is active.

      On the other nodes the site is stopped.

      The problem also remains if a platform reload is triggered.

      Only solution is to restart the entire tomcat instance.
