Database prefix for running multiple appNG instances accessing the same database server

If multiple independent appNG instances access the same (clustered) database server, and if the database server is managed by appNG, database name collisions might occur.

To prevent this, it should be possible to configure a database name prefix in appNG (e.g. at the root database connection or platform properties). This name must be automatically put in front of all databases / database names created by appNG.
