Automatically remove cache elements from a site's cache if file changes

Cache entries should automatically be removed if files in a site's content-repository are modified/removed.

Example:
The folders

/path/to/tomcat/webapps/ROOT/repository/my-site/www/en
/path/to/tomcat/webapps/ROOT/repository/my-site/www/de

both contain some files.
If a file gets changed/deleted, and caching is enabled for that site, existing cache entries for this file.
This also includes 'aliases' of that file that might exists due to forwarding rules defined in an urlrewrite.xml
